They don't take reservations on a normal day, not sure about holidays
I don't see it on the menu. https://foursquare.com/v/hacienda-colorado/503fbf3ae4b074ec0865f320/menu
Hacienda does offer space for corporate events. Looking at the catering prices you can see they offer options to set prices per order. They can provide an estimate on how many people it will feed if you inquire directly with them.
No, there is no Sunday brunch.
You're paying for the atmosphere here. The food is bland. I could make this stuff at home with Walmart groceries. Chips and salsa are good, so is the staff. But the food is nothing special. 😕
Ate here a couple times, and both times I’ve had an excellent experience. I found the staff to be extremely accommodating to my elderly aunt. Food is good, and their sauces are seriously on point. Place does get busy on the weekend so make sure to get there early.
It was Average. Nothing special about this place. Getting seated was fast. Wait time was very long to get food and seemed like our waiter had to many people to wait on. (Hire people!) Food tasted good and server was nice, but if I was you I would bring marsh-mellows and chocolate so you can make Smores outside while waiting for your food. Maybe it was just one of those nights but it sure didn't meet the hype as noted on other reviews. My opinion I would not go out of my way to eat here.
Hacienda Colorado is on of my favorite Mexican places. They put a unique twist on all there dishes that you won't find anywhere else. The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the quesos, street tacos and steak burrito.
Kaitlin “Katie” was hands down the most personably and best server we have had here! She was so kind and friendly. The sangria swirl is the best! Such a fun place to go to for happy hour!
Love the atmosphere! Always enjoy myself here. Food has been fantastic. Service with a smile.
Good Mexican food at great prices, margaritas are above average
Great spot with alfresco dining options. The chocolate cake is 1 lb. per slice, and man is it ever worth it!
Love their chicken sandwich! Wish it was closer to my job so I could go more regularly
Great food, lots of space and nice ambience. Very nice staff. They have a very yummy dip for the chips.its a must go if you're looking for food in tech center area
Loved every item we ordered here. The mountain mex salad, fish tacos, chicken fajita, steak enchiladas all of them were delicious. The curbside delivery service was immaculate and the food was delivered on time. I loved the way they packed their food to ensure the food was fresh. Highly recommend!
Very Good food and waiters. Highly recommend it!
Covid-19 measures were in place, dining was great. Will be going back soon!
It must be a reduced staff csused by the covid 19 emergency, but the service, while pleasant, was slow, slow, slow! The margaritas were pre-made and lacking in liquor...not pleasant. Hacienda features an abbreviated menu right now. The chicken enchiladas with Hatch green chile sauce was delicious and generous in serving size. Grilled shrimp tacos arrived cold. Mini-sopapillas with dipping sauce was heavy and disappointing. A great eating spot has been brought to its knees by this national health emergency...let's hope for recovery soon.
Food was not as good as usual. Our appetizers tasted very bland. Food tasted as if it was not seasoned at all or sufficiently.
Had I known the family style enchiladas along with the sides of rice and beans were not how they usually cook them i would have not wasted my money. The beans are canned, half refried and half whole. The rice was the kind out of a bag from the store and the enchiladas barely had any sauce. Overall it sucked.
Great food... A must try!! We will return.
Have been before and it was good. Maybe it's COVID19, but the menu was very limited and the food was just OK. Unless we here there is a Changi, we will not go back
We eat here often. The food is always pretty good as well as the service. We typically have the chicken fajitas. This is one of the very few places we’ve found that makes homemade flour tortillas. The chips and habanero salsa are always good too. Only negative is the prices seem to increase fairly often.
I love hacienda and they were great with curbside pickup during this insane pandemic. Their food is amazing I take every out of towner there!
Excellent dinner, shrimp fajitas were terrific! great margaritas! Very nice private room for 10 that my party was placed in.
Large portions which was nice. Tasty food
Sadly, not as good as it was before they were bought out. Swirl margaritas are smaller. First batch of chips they brought out were almost uncooked - somebody got in a hurry on the fryer. Steak quesadillas were good. Just not what it once was. Now, Fuzzy's Tacos will be my go to destination!
if u are going to serve food, please don't serve cooked food that has been cooling. i know u don't want to cook new orders at closing, but at least reheat meat on the grill before packing it. otherwise donate it instead of charging
Made our way back to our favorite cantina in this post covid reality. Sat outside and had a great experience. Did a date afternoon and was able to enjoy relaxing in the sun and shade while eating our favorite chips and salsa and fajitas! Great food, drinks and atmosphere.
The menu was really small and the price was still really High. And the cups needed to be washed better.
I specifically called to order Chile rellenos, and I was told they aren’t making them and I am very disappointed
We went with my mother for her 50th birthday this was the first time we have together in 4 months. There was seven of us so we moved a chair to be together the manager rudeley stated that we could not be one over so we complied. During our dinner we saw a number of employees no following the same guidelines. I tried to speak to the same manager but was no where to be found. I spoke with another manager explained what we had witnessed with other employee's . I gave him my card if he had any other questions.
First time eating here. Expected great food by the way people talk about this place. I didn't know Mexican food could be so bland. No salt, no spice, the meat in the fajitas was chewy and the tortillas were doughy, greasy and smelled really sweet. Almost like they used pancake batter, which was a first for me. $100 for a bland meal, wouldn't recommend and won't be back.
Margarita was just ok. Nothing fantastic. Tortillas were yummy!
Love it always! Never disappoints. Great food. I choked on my chips and they helped me out! Thank you Hacienda!
Always a good experience at Hacienda Colorado!! The food is consistently delicious and the service is great. Would recommend trying this restaurant!
Great menu. Good prices. attentive staff. Awesome flavor! Get there early on weekends or you'll be waiting ( worth it but a wait nonetheless). Recommend!!
Great Food and atmosphere. We have eaten at Hacienda numerous times and had our Christmas party there several years as well. Great menu. Maybe a couple of dollars higher than a traditional Mexican restaurant but certainly worth it. Chips and salsa are awesome.
Great food and drinks are strong! 1 and done for me there! Staff is always friendly.
My son on 12/30/19For lunch invited me to Hacienda Colorado Restaurant in Lone Tree. We had an amazing time and incredible experience. High quality ingredients, very authentic, perfectly cooked meats! Looking forward to come back again.
Very good service, food is excellent, atmosphere is quite comfortable.
A great option for tasty mexican food and tequila in the Denver area. Very popular so go off-hours or be prepared to wait. No reservations however they do offer call ahead to get on the wait list. 4 stars because the service was good, not great and they were past lunch rush. Food was great.
This place used to be much nicer, service was subpar and food was bland. The inside feels so dingy like a warehouse. The chips were the best part about the experience.
Food is always excellent, fresh and served hot. Our waiter this last visit was really forgetful. From no chips & salsa, no order, no follow up, nothing. He was REALLY BAD!!! He did remember to come back for his tip though... huh? Go figure! 🤣
This is the best Hacienda in the state, don’t waste your time by going anywhere else. The staff is always friendly they seat you very quickly. They are very very kid friendly! The food is out of this world, don’t waste your money anywhere else. Every time we go to the Stabley Schmidt we get the exact same service, “OUTSTANDING SERVICE”!
The food was fresh and great and the atmosphere was very inviting and warm.
First visit during COVID actions. Very easy to make a reservation online (recommended). Walk-ins are excepted assuming a table is available. Check in and seating was smooth. Waiter very attentive. My chicken enchiladas were delicious, as always. One thing that was noticeably different was the much lower sound of noise (which I personally appreciate).
Hands down my favorite Mexican food! Totally recommend Hacienda. I have taken all my visitors there, and have never had anyone be remotely disappointed. Even my chef brother loved it. He had the ribs, just FYI. He said they were the best he'd ever had.:-)
Always have set in the bar and had great service. First time sitting in the main restaurant and it was absolutely horrible.
Great patio dining! Food was delish Great at social distancing and masks from servers. Will go again soon.
Friendly staff & good food. Highly recommend the Margaritas. Call ahead or make reservations.
Hacienda is consistently good. For take out only the order was wrong, went back to get missing orders, got home, each meal missing a enchilada. If you are salt sensetive Mark this one off your list. They use WAY too much salt in everything.
We had just a few things. Shared the fish tacos and a soup. Soup was okay but didn't have enough meat. It was overwhelmingly chillies which was not my ideal for a tortilla soup. The fish tacos were tasty with the soft corn tortillas. The salsa was tasty and complimented the meal. Loved the black beans and would not have minded a soup made of that. Service was above average so I'd give it 4 stars for that. I'd be willing to try it again.
